  • Every material change (scope, obligations, technical safeguards) bumps DOCUMENTS_DOC_VERSION in src/lib/documents-doc.ts.
  • The change is described in the changelog with date, version, and one-line summary.
  • System updates that affect customer obligations are reflected on the relevant document page in the same release.
  • Customers should treat the version stamp shown in the sidebar as the authoritative revision — no separate PDFs are circulated out-of-band.
